Excellent service. Receptionist booked me in swiftly for a prearranged appointment. I was seen to within a few minutes of my appointment by a lovely lady who guided me clearly and quickly through the process.She allowed me to ring home to speak to my father to confirm details.Toilets, prayer room, clean and welcoming environment with plenty of seats to wait. 😊 Thanks.
Excellent service but in such a difficult place to get to. Very kind staff and disabled access is very good. The online service however is severely lacking. You cannot access appointments on a mobile phone or tablet as it won't take payments. Not everyone has a laptop. Difficult to find a phone number until you have had an appointment then they give you a direct line. The staff go out of their way to help.
Used for a wedding. No issues with the place itself. Everything was organised so no dramas.
Small waiting room for bride, plenty of mirrors and space to make last minute adjutments. Guests can utilise a large waiting room, ample space for a party of 20 plus people then transferred to the marriage chapel room. Both rooms were tastefully, Nicely decorated.
The staff that dealt with us on our day were very accommodating, informative and professional.
The only things that let the whole occasion down was the parking issue, lack of parking on the street means there is a walk involved, also no place within the premises to have photo's afterwards but luckily there is an alternative venue which is a short walk to the town hall square for photo's. Overall a very pleasant, experience which everyone seemed to enjoy.

Effortless Birth Registration Experience at Manchester registration office
My visit to Manchester registration office @Heron House for my child's birth registration was simply amazing. With minimal wait time, the registrar efficiently gathered the necessary details, We carried our passports and the baby's red book for verification. After a quick review and signature, the registrar printed the final birth certificate. The entire process took under 10 minutes, and to my delight, they even gave me goodies for the baby.
Overall, it was a fantastic and smooth experience. Highly recommended!
The staff were fantastic, It only took about 30 minutes to get what I requested.
